From an early age, I developed a strong passion for combat sports, which has shaped both my personal and professional journey. At the age of 15, I began practicing Full-Contact and became a federated athlete under the guidance of Master Fernando Fernandes, a world and intercontinental champion who mentored me through my first competitive experiences.
Driven by a deep interest in self-defense, I embraced Krav Maga over a decade ago, training with Master António Diogo from FPAMI — the Portuguese Federation of Israeli Martial Arts, a non-profit organization with nearly two decades of experience promoting and developing Israeli Martial Arts in Portugal, especially Krav Maga. I also trained with Master Vitor Martins, through whom I obtained my official trainer certification from IPDJ (Portuguese Institute of Sport and Youth). I continue to train regularly, exploring new approaches and techniques to enrich my practice and instruction.
The values that guide my journey are discipline, commitment, dedication, and resilience — principles I apply both in my athletic practice and in mentoring others.

For the practice of self-defence, we use some specific accessories for training, such as knives and rubber sticks, boxing gloves, shin guards, plastrons, mouth guards, helmets and others that allow us to train in complete safety while performing techniques with strength and determination.
